Elliot Brown Kimmeridge ladies watch

Elliot Brown admires people who take on adventure. Perhaps we see a bit of ourselves in their intrepid spirit as we have been on some epic journeys, none less than the one we started when we founded the business! As a part of our brand DNA we seek out that intriguing gene that makes people do amazing things and help in the best way we can with what we have.

We test our watches rigorously, you know this, but when we get a chance to get testers that can test our timepieces in the real world, we’re humbled when they give us a shot at providing something for them to use for their amazing adventures.

With this in mind we have three new Ambassadors in Lizzie Carr, environmentalist and adventurer, Sarah Outen MBE, adventurer by land and sea, and fire fighter Bex Sims, who won selection to compete in the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race 17/18.

Each of these ladies has done, or is doing, extraordinary things and plan to do more! They know what ‘tough’ is and will be making sure our Kimmeridge ladies watches have their work cut out for them. The partnerships have already been reported on by our good friends at: Jewellery Focus (HERE) Watch Pro (HERE)

London2London: Via the World - by Sarah Outen & Jen Randall Currently Sarah has just raised enough through Kickstarter to produce her documentary - “Inspirational feature length #adventure documentary that will leave a mark on your soul & your psyche. Epic. We promise.”  Though if you’re interested there’s still opportunity to support, but sadly our EB Watch has gone, there are still plenty of great rewards on offer HERE.

Lizzie Carr is inspirational not just for having been the first person to paddle board the length of England in 2016 to highlight plastic pollution, but with the ferocity of her battle with the big ‘C’. She’s one tough cookie – paddle boarding the channel anyone - HERE?

Bex Sims works in the fire and rescue services - #TOUGH, but if she needed anymore credentials as someone ready to take things head on – she’s on the Clipper Round the World Race, one of the toughest races in the world. She won her place after 8 firefighters trialled a Clipper leg to compete for the spot and they all voted her the best of the best. Expect to see some images of her soon if she gets time (and a signal!) to send them to us from the race as she does the last leg from China to the US across horrible, rough and arduous seas.

We’re very happy to have the opportunity to partner with these great adventurers and look forward to hearing how our watches performed. The best we can do is let these ladies do what they do best - live their life - and we'll be along for the ride on their wrist. Exciting times!
